INDO MOJITO

Serve on the rocks in a highball glass.
ingredients
- 50ml Nusa Caña Tropical Rum
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 8 big mint leaves
- Soda water
instructions
- In a shaker, gently muddle mint leaves.
- Add lime juice, white rum, and sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Fill a highball glass with fresh mint leaves and crushed ice. Pour the cocktail with a strainer.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a lime slice.

DAIQUIRI DE COCO

Serve in a cocktail, martini, coupette, or nick & nora glass.
ingredients
- 60ml Nusa Caña Coconut Rum
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (or coconut syrup)
instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill with large ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with thin lime wheel.

- 60ml Nusa Caña Dark Rum
- 100ml great quality ginger beer
- Lemon or lime wedge for garnish
instructions
- Fill highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour ginger beer in glass, and pour the rum on top floating in glass.
- Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.
