50ml Nusa Caña Tropical Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
8 big mint leaves
Soda water
instructions
In a shaker, gently muddle mint leaves.
Add lime juice, white rum, and sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
Fill a highball glass with fresh mint leaves and crushed ice. Pour the cocktail with a strainer.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lime slice.
