Fresh cane and young coconut, mature dry wood, vanilla, and toasted banana leaf.
Unique fermentation of molasses and red rice, followed with distillation in rustic pots, then aged in teak wood barrels creating a vibrant tasting rum. This pot still rum is then blended with selected aged column-still rum- offering familiarity whilst letting funky flavours of Indonesian rum shine.
